Marsden Park

Completed and sold in 2025, Marsden Park is a brand new, state of the art, warehouse and office facility located in the established industrial precinct of Marsden Park in Sydney’s north west. Comprising over 25,000m2 of lettable area and striking modern architecture, the project incorporates leading ESD features and institutional grade specifications including 8 tonne point loads, ESFR sprinklers and multiple double storey dock offices.

Designed and documented by our internal design team, this premium logistics facility was constructed by our long-term building partners Novati Constructions.
