Following the successful completion of our first major industrial development at Prestons, we are excited to announce our latest premium logistics project located at Marsden Park in north-western Sydney. Ideally located in close proximity to the M7 motorway in an established modern industrial precinct, this brand new stand alone warehouse and office facility comprises over 25,000m2 of lettable area and 24/7 hour use. It incorporates leading ESD features and institutional grade specifications such as 8 tonne point loads, ESFR sprinklers and multiple dock offices.

Currently under construction, we anticipate Marsden Park to be ready to occupy by late 2024.
